Korean Cooking Videos

The Korean Waves group has had several cooking-related events (see photo), and of course eaten at many many Korean restaurants.

One of the members of the Korean Waves Meetup Group, Richard, has created a YouTube channel for his instructional cooking videos.

He’s spent time in China, South Korea, and has come back from his travels inspired to share the cuisine, among other food.  Some of his cooking is Korean food.  At a recent dinner event he shared some of his travel stories, and also let us know about his cooking videos.

Here is one of them – learn how to make seafood pancakes, Korean style – “Haemul Pajeon” (해물파전):

    I truly learned about many of this, but with that said, I still thought it had been practical. Beautiful blog!
